So, the way I work is very light and gentle … Compassionate, often involving humour if you are ready for it, but above all it is kind … Making sure that you, the client, always feels safe and therefore ready to make changes. I see clients in my house near Horsham, Sussex and very much in a home setting. I also see clients on Skype and this enables me to help people from far and wide, including abroad.

What really interests me is finding out about your beliefs and how they are affecting your life and where they come from. Ninety five percent of the time our unconscious mind is running the show and we are unaware of it! These unconscious beliefs can sabotage us … Causing us to feel anxious, depressed, sad, angry, unmotivated, stuck … In fact a whole raft of not very useful things.

You can bet your bottom dollar on a negative belief, probably formed before the age of six years old, underpinning your issue! Helping you to uncover these negative beliefs and then CHANGING them is the key. I am there to guide you along that path with much support and encouragement.

I love what I do, and there is nothing better than when you, the client, have that “Ah Ha” moment. You will notice pictures of birds within my website … Each bird represents a quality of the way I work. Therapy can be fun !!
